 BT100 serie: undocumented lock icon I just get two BT100 phones. One is now reset (thanks to the Grandstream documentation). The second one appears to be locked: - the LED display shows a "lock" icon (no mention from the official doc), - the pinpad seems locked, so I cannot apply the reset procedure. I contacted the firm technical support without any luck about this. Any idea to help me to reset this phone? Thanks by advance.      |
