Default Blind Transfer via Outlook

Hi,

I have subscripted an unlimitted calls voip call plan & the package come with blink transfer, call forward...etc features.

I'm using HT486 ATA, and tried manually & it works for the blind & attended transfer feature.

"Attended Transfer - party A & B are in conversation. A can Transfer B to C by the following instructions on HT486. Press FLASH, then dial C's number".

I'm wondering if we can see an email to Outlook (in this case Outook as A), with the B & C's phone numbers in the content. With an automated Macro, Outlook (A) will dial to B, and then transfer B to C. The PC is connected to HT486 ATA via the 56K modem. This is similar to call back system, and we call make any 'free' calls from anyway via email or sms to email.

If anyone knows how to program the Outlook Macro or any automated software dialer, please advise. Your input on this is greatly appreciated.

Thanks. CS
