| I've installed a new Asterisk VOIP system with Trixbox in our office. We're using all GXP 2000 phones. Everything is working fine but I'm trying to set up the multi purpose keys for all the phones in the office. Here's the question. Is how do I set one of the keys to automatically park the current call? Here's the scenario: Call comes in User answers call user presses first feature key on right side of phone call is transfered to parking lot Call parking works now, but the user must press #70 to transfer to the parking lot. I tried setting the key to dial #70 but this doesn't work. Any ideas? |
