Default VoIp Over VSAT (Satellite) problem with first seconds...

Hello,

I try to use VoIP services with a high latency connection (VSAT / Satellite)
I use satlynx system, i have 900ms latency.

I use SPA2002, PAP2 or Planet adapter.

The 10, 15 first seconds, i have a bad quality (hatch, metal voice ...) after this time, its clear and i have good quality.

I have seach in precedent post, and i try to change "Reg Retry Intvl", "SIP Timer" and no change.

Do you have idea?

Im sorry for my english, i hope im comprehensible

Thanks

Often the SIP1 timer has to be lengthened to one full second, but I think that affects your ability to Register successfully.

I think that you are having more success than many people who use satellite services.

i would have to agree that if your only having issues with the first 10-15 seconds but then after that your call sounds fine i know people who have tried it and basically does not work for them.
