there's isn't any i can find, sorry... but mutualphone has:

2.5c/min (0.29pesos/min) for GUADALAJARA, MEXICO CITY and MONTERREY
7.5c/min (0.85pesos/min) for all other numbers in mexico

Broadvoice has 6c/min (0.69pesos/min) for all other cities but has a $5.95 (68 pesos/month) monthly fee (which includes 100minutes to US and Canada though).

It's too bad that BroadVoices' World Plus does not include Mexico. Argentina, Chile and Brazil are there. So are Spain and Portugal, fwiw. But no Mexico. Strange.

I have Broadvoice's In-State plan for only $9.95 / month and I can call any where in Mexico for only $0.06 / min. Calls to DF, Monterrey, and Guadalajara are only $0.03 / min. There is no extra monthly fee for this. On Friday I called my friend in Chihuahua for 102 min and it cost me only $6.12. This is cheaper then a prepaid phone card without all the digits to dial and my call went through the first try, unlike the cheap cards on a friday.
