Default SoftPhones

Hi I download a voiceglo product to try it out,
When i call people on the pstn they say they can't hear me to well
and ask me to speek up. Any help on this any one? I am useing a
cheep Mic could this be it?

Windows has a way to adjust the gain on the microphone input. You might look into that. You might also see if you're accidently using the Line In port instead of the microphone port.

Line In port instead of the microphone port.

How do i tell the diffrence?

Depends on the motherboard/sound card. On most modern motherboards, the microphone port is orange/red.
