Default Sharing FAX over internet solution

The VoIP service that I subscribed is officially for soft-phone only, however, they use SIP protocol, I use an ATA to connect a FAX machine, so that I can sending / receiving FAX through VoIP network. As the provider is promoting their "FAX to email" service, they blocked the FAX signal. I am now looking for two way FAX solution(send / receive),

Can you share your experience how you send / receive FAX through internet.

You should use ethereal to make a sniffer to confirm they are using sip. But even they support sip, you have to test the fax. Because fax will use t.38 protocol to get a good quanlity. You could have a try.
