usually :

_ SIP ports start from 5060 up to 5060+n where n is the number of SIP accounts you have

_ RTP ports start, for example, from 16384 up to 16482 on Sipura models, but it strongly depends on your ATA model

i would recommend you to scan your ports before doing anything, to check if there may be any conflict on your local network

if you're running Linux, "nmap -sT -p 0-65535 localhost" will give you which ports are open on your local computer

(i don't know the command on Windows powered machines)

I believe the Windows command is "nmap -v -sW localhost". Or could be sT.

if you're using IAX2 with asterisk, port UDP/4569.
