 I need help recieving calls from ny to my brazil cell. Does anyone have any info on how i can have people call me at a ny number, and have that call get forwarded to my cell in brazil. I hate for people to know i am out of town. Is there anyway i can solve this problem?     |

| RE: I need help recieving calls from ny to my brazil cell. Is the mobile in Brazil a Brazil telephone number? That will probably make a huge difference in what you do. A VoIP provider that supports International call forwarding would be what you want. Due to potential fraud issues, not sure how many of those exist. Perhaps you could use LibreTel's Global Port of Call service which will forward calls to a number in various locations (one of which is New York) to any PSTN phone.

| RE: I need help recieving calls from ny to my brazil cell. BroadVoice does not support International Call Forwarding at this time. However, if you and enough other BV customers complain about it enough maybe they will get their act together and allow it (Voice Pulse and CallVantage allow international call forwarding just to name the ones that i kow support it). I also would like this feature as I travel quite a bit and when I am out of town or country I would like to be able to forward my BV calls to my prepaid cell number I get in whatever country I am in at the time. Slice P.S. Going to Europe this summer and I sure would love to have it by then but it is unlikely. One can always hope though. |
