Default Looking for Provider for Toll Free Numbers

I currently have a bunch of 800 numbers with a traditional landline carrier. I'm looking for a good VoIP provider to port these numbers to. I have *many* so I'm looking for a low per DID rate. Right now I'm paying $2 per month per number, plus usage. I'd also like a provider who has SMS/800 access and can directly reserve new 800 numbers as I need them.

Does anyone know of a carrier/provider that will fit the bill?

Best,

Keefe

Yeah they charge $20 for activation and then you have to prepay at least $20 on each number you have with them.

I decided to go with McLeodUSA for my 800 numbers. They offer $0.00 monthly recurring fee, unlimited 800 numbers, and a rate of 3.9 cents a minute. No web-based activation but I can handle calling their toll free department once in awhile, the staff is really nice.

I was quoted $25.00 to port TF #'s a month or so ago. They charge $10 for custom TF setup.
