Hi All,

I am looking for a Reselling Calling Card Service with Local Access numbers in well known countries/cities. Actually I want the service to generate PINs and after The Users Call with the rates I define, My Account Charges according the provider rate list (Depends on the amount I have prepaid).

I suggest miniSipServer. It is developed for Windows and very easy.

miniSipServer can support "calling card" service itself. It permits you to establish your own prepaid system.
