Default Inbound service recommendation

I am looking for an inbound service and DID for a new home business. I am pretty new to VOIP so I am just trying to get as much information as I can before making any decision. So hopefully someone can help me out on that.

Basically, I am located in the west coast and need a #. To be honest, I am not sure how many channels or minutes I will need. Ideally, I would like a service that has good sound quality, many channels, unlimited minutes and inexpensive. But of course nothing is that perfect in life. I know I won't be expecting many calls in the beginning, in fact, I really don't know what to expect. But I would be thankful for any kinds of recommendation.

Someone recommended Vitelity to me in another forum. Their unlimited inbound sounds pretty good for $7.95, but 2 channels might be enough for now but not for the future. The biggest problem is when I tried to reach them I was unable to do so (on hold forever when I called, and no reply on my email).

The other service providers I had in mind are Callwithus and Concentric. But really didn't research too much into it yet.

Can someone give me more recommendations? What should I look for when selecting a service provider? Can anyone share with me their experience with Vitelity, Callwithus, or Concentric?

Anyway, thank you guys in advance.
