Default If the ports in the Motorola VT1005 is unlocked by Vonage

Could I then configure it to work with one of the other VOIP service providers ie: Broadvoice, Voicepulse?

Probably, but I don't see Vonage unlocking the Motorola devices for anyone.

I read a post on this site in which someone stated that Vonage will unlock the port for a $15 "unlocking fee" plus their disconnect fee. That seems like a reasonable amount for an adapter which works just fine. I'd like to know for certain if Vonage does in fact offer this option to customers.

Only way to know for sure is to call and ask them. My Vonage port is on a Linksys RT312P box.
