Default http://192.168.0.1

When I went to check my configuration settings at http://192.168.0.1/admin/voice/advanced , I got a message saying "Navigation Error: Can't find page you're looking for." I have an unlocked device. Provision Enable is set at: no. My provider is sipphone.com; Sipura 3102. Is this webpage down temporarily for maintenance?
Note: I don't know if this means anything, but the other day a friend of mine and I were trying to configure his new, unused PAP2. i disconnected my ATA and plugged in his. After a while, we realized he had mistakenly bought a locked ATA. Afterwards I re-plugged-in my ATA. My ATA and sipphone service are operational.

If you read a bit here, or look at the (admittedly rather basic) user guide that came with the SPA3102, it'll tell you how to get the IP address of the SPA thru the IVR... once u get that, use that address , instead of 192.168.0.1, which I'm quite sure is wrong.

That's the one I've always used! It was in my favorites folder and I've accessed the page within the past week through that URL Do you know if the URL has been changed within the past week? I'll take a look at what the IVR says.

That's weird. I went to the IVR and it gave this address, which showed the configuration page: 192.168.1.1. Ever since I've had the device, I've always used 192.168.0.1!
