Hosted PSTN to VOIP conversion for call center?

I'm looking for a service provider than can accept incoming toll free calls (800 numbers we currently own and use), convert the calls to VOIP and route them to a bank of IP phones. The ability to manage queues and workgroups would de optimal. Any suggestions? Thanks.
