If you have the 1.0.0.15 firmware, change these settings to "Relay via SIP P-Asserted From". Anyway, somewhat strange is that I have just upgraded to 1.0.0.17 firmware trying to solve another problem and noticed that PSTN Caller ID is now working even when Transport Type is configured to the default "Relay via SIP from".
