Grandstream GXV-3000

Hi! I have just bought Grandstream GXV-3000 and I want to receive local Ptsn calls through this phone but I don't know how to fix my local number to work on it. Kindly give me a short tutorial on how to fix it. I also want to receive video calls which I have tried several times to setup but that one is also not working. I am using voipcheap and voipraider.
So in summary, 1) I want my local residence telephone number to ring on this phone and 2) I want to make video conference calls. Thanks to whoever is skillful to assist.
