Free and/or Commercial PSTN to VOIP Gatways in POLAND

i need a number in Poland that will gatway to some sort of free voip service eg FWD. Willing to pay for service for dedicated number and better service.

anyone know of one?

or thinking about it a alternative could be .....

to use a voip service in poland, free net calls, cheap calls in poland, but one that can also give me a PSTN number.

can anyone recommand anywhere?
