Default Enterprise IP PBX

I am looking for an IP PBX box with (Analog) 32 FXO Ports and 8 FXS ports which is able to support 200 extensions.

Any suggestion ?

Will there be any VoIP trunks?

Asterisk or CommuniGate could do what you are looking for, depending on the call volume and transcoding requirements.

32 FXO? Why not a PRI instead? It offers a lot more features.
Nortel, Alcatel, Siemens, Avaya and Cisco all make enterprise IP PBXes (some of them can be used in traditional mode without any IP, or hybrid or IP only, some of them (especially Cisco) can't do without IP).
