directing calls to DID number

We are setting up a SIP proxy server to connect our customer's call directly to DID provided by other service operators.We can do it easily with free services like FWD,SIPHONE.......,with commercial providers ,so far,we can do it with BV,Lingo.Can anyone provide me more info.or source about other commercail VOIP services.I assume there is no legal issue regarding sending calls to those network.

As long as you are within the Terms and Conditions of your contracts with each of your service providers you will not be in violation of any US laws. Other countries where you or your customers operate may have more restrictive laws. The Terms and Conditions will regulate whether you can resell their services to your customers, whether letting your customers use your service for free is permitted (if charging is not) and whether you are permitted to conduct commercial business at all on that service.

So, achieving technical success is only about 25% of the challenge.
