 DID provider charges for ringing?
I just signed up with a provider providing DID at a reasonable rate. However, the caller is charged as soon as they dial my DID ... even while it is ringing and the call hasn't been answered yet. I was wondering if this is normal practice? Are there others like this also? I know Skype doesn't do this. Please let me know if there are other well priced providers of DID that don't do this.
