Smile dial plan for 2 voip providers

Hi there
I am from Brisbane, Australia
Ihave a SPA 3102, configured for penny tel as main Sip provider, so I set up the proxy Registration and Subscriber Information for pennytel.
I found a different voip provider,"Voiprider", which I like to use for national international calls ( as they are free or very cheap to some countries of my interest),as the second option, using Gateway1 perhaps.
The new Voip provider set me up with a user as a name, and a password.
The sip for ata is sip.voipraider.com
How do I change the dial plan to suit the second provider as the second option of dialing?

I have the following dial plan :

(*xx|[3469]0|00|11|[23478]xxxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)

Thanks, I 'm novice in this area...

I would setup the 2d provider as a "gateway" on the Line 1 tab. You put the following in the gateway field:

Gateway 1: userid@proxy where userid is your user id for the provider, proxy is the sip proxy for the provider.

GW1 AuthID: userid where userid is your user id for the provider

GW1 Password: password where password is your password for the provider

GW1 NAT Mapping Enable: Yes or No depending on your entry for NAT Mapping Enable at the top of the page

You then need to put something in the dial plan to direct the outgoing call to your provider. An element like this:

|<#9,:>xx.<:@gw1>| will direct the calls that start with #9 to your gateway 1 provider.

As you may know, a gateway provider must allow outgoing calls without registration and must not require an outbound proxy. Voipraider is one of the Betamax companies. It should work OK. I would power down and the repower the adapter after you make the changes.

Smile Re: dial plan for 2 voip providers

many thanks. I set up the second provider as a gateway 1, change the dial plan ( inserted the #9..etc) and powered off/on the spa 3102, and work super.

Many thanks to the guru..
