Default Configuring Broadsoft & Polycom Phones

We use Polycome 501's & 601's & 650's on the Broadsoft platform. We would like to be able to place a call on hold and have a user easily pick up that call on another phone.

I know you can do a Call Park/Retrieve, but I find that most users forget the feature access codes. I am looking for a solution that allows a user to simply press a "blinking line".

Thanks in advance.

Neal
