Configure outgoing caller ID on any voip adapter?

I have tried a lot ..searching on forums, contacting tech support..nothing works. I am using voipwise and Linksys WRTP54G as VOIP adapter.

When someone calls me...I see the number..which works perfectly fine. Whereas, When I call someone..it displays "Private no", "Call" or "(unknown number". I already bought a working DID (Incoming number) which is working well.

There is a setting called..Display Name: "". I tried setting it up to my DID number but no success.

I downloaded the softphone from Voipwise..and I dont have any problem when calling from computer (I actually get the call display number

).

I would appreciate if anyone could tell me what to do..to make this thing work...It really doesnt matter which voip adapter is it..I will figure out a way..once I find a working setup
