CISCO ATA 186 Iconnecthere-locked

Hi Phoneboy and everyone.

I am writing to seek for assistance to unlock my Cisco ATA 186 locked by Iconnecthere. I disconnected their service and tried to FWD but it is locked. I cannot even reset to the factory default using the IVR.
Can anyone have a solution to this. Thanks
