Default Calling from Hong Kong
I am in Las Vegas. Is there any way I can have my friends in Hong Kong call me for free?

Other than Lingo, do you guys know any company offers Virtual Number in Hong Kong?

The simplest is to get your friends to sign up with FWD or the VoIP provider of your choice. Nobody yet has an access number in Hong Kong.
