caller Id (1 000 012 3456)

Hi everyone,
How're you guys doing today? Is there anyone in this room who can help me with the 1 000 012 3456 that appears on receiver's call ID when receiving a skype call?

That is caller ID that Skype sets for all its PSTN calls.
I am not sure though, if someone with SkypeIn number has their DID displayed.

in most cases the providers are playing with the caller id's to be able to take advantage of better termination rates this is usally the case in international calls and calling card type applications.
