Default Asterisk sends back invitations

I have built a server running asterisk on fedora 7 with private IP.
I had configured asterisk and it was working fine (Peering with Voiceglobe - VoIP provider, some local numbers and interconnection with a trixbox and a gsm gateway).
After making some new tests with a public IP, Asterisk is not any more able to establish the above mentioned connections in the private network.
Running ngrep and capturing the packets pass through my network interface i can see that when an invitation from a UA is sent to the server it is sent back. For example when my sipura is trying to register by sending an invitation to asterisk, the invitation is sent back to the sipura.
Is asterisk being involved to this behavior or is a matter of my Linux?

Thank you in advance.
