Anyone using Siemens Optipoint 400 with Netgear router?

My company sent me a Siemens 400 Economy phone (Economy? It's still $420!) and I hooked it into my network that has a Netgear ME814v2 wireless router. I get a dial tone, and I can call, but nothing comes back to me in the earpiece.

I tried port forwarding to 5060-5062 and 10000-10100 to the phone, but that doesn't seem to do much good. Siemens is telling me to go get one of their "recommended" routers, but one of those has problems with some of my other hardware!

And I though this was going to be easy! Welcome to the brave new world, I suppose.

Anyone have a clue for the clueless?
