Default Any Providers with VM Auto Attendant & Call Recording?

Broadvoice includes a simple voicemail auto attendant feature allowing a caller who reaches voicemail to press 0 to be transferred directly to a pre-defined number. I've heard this referred to as an auto-attendant feature or voicemail transfer out feature. Whatever it is called, does anyone know of any other providers that offer this feature?

ViaTalk used to offer a call recording feature, allowing you to press a star code during a call to record it. Apparently, Via Talk disabled this feature? Does anyone know of any other providers that offer this feature?

Thanks!
