Where is Voxilla Store?

I was reluctant to go public but I was struggling for the last two days trying to find someone at Voxilla store to answer a very simple question. Do you ship APO?

When I was placing the order I found that your software accepts APO address and provide me with the U.S. Postal Service as my shipper. This is all well and good, but my experience with online shopping is most of the time this kind of software is standard and the vendor may not ship APO. I sent an inquiry on your webpage, I sent an email directly to lonnie (I guess this is his name), I sent a private message to Eric and I called several time leaving a voicemail. I was not successful so far.

Can you please confirm that you ship APO so I can place my order(s)Honestly keeping me hanging for two days make me worried how my order will be processed.

Yes we ship to APO addresses.

Sorry for the delay, I've been out of town for a wedding since Thursday.

We are a lean shop. When one of us is out, the pre-sales questions can queue up as priority is given to fulfilling orders and paid support.
