If it were up to us, we would have a support group for every VoIP provider, and each provider would agree to assign a company exec to moderate it. If the opportunity comes up, and other companies offer to participate, we will gladly host other support groups.
This is not to say that that we won't consider instituting other support groups here without company participation. But until there's a clear demand for service- or product-specific support groups on this board, as well as volunteers who wish to step in as moderators (hint, hint), it seems a "go-slow" approach may be best.
