RE: Have you checked your ISP SLA? Glad you found that as most folks don't think to look down the inside of the pipe to be sure it isn't foulded somplace.
Fortunately, I'm with DSLextreme on 6000/608 service and do not have the latency nor, much more importantly, any packet loss between me and broadvoice lax. Unfortunately, my problems have to do with the poor support BV gives its customers. I have yet to hear back on my latest couple emails relating to their strange handling of incoming calls forwarded from non-BV tollfree and/or RCF.
More than a month ago, I was personally promised by someone claiming to be one of the BV founders that all this would clear up soon. Well it hasn't. They seem to have switch programming problems that they are not addessing. [See my other posts in BV Users].
I don't have an axe to grind, I'd like to see BV heal itself. However, I'm getting tired of waiting and I'm simply being prudent and looking at my other options. More info and opinions always help.
