Trying to cancel a order i placed at Voxilla store-no luck

Hi,
I placed a order for SPA 2002 at Voxilla Store online on the 11th, order #11473. Later i realized i saw the item was back ordered and hence tried to replace it with a PAP2-NA or PAP2T-NA by sending a message (on 14th i think) using the support system on the web. I did not get any updates on that also, well i even don't know if my request was recieved. So i decided to cancel the order and have sent couple of cancellation requests through the support system from the 15th till today. I also called about 2 pm CST today and left a message for the sales team. I have not recieved so far any acknoledgement on any of my cancellation request and my order page still shows the same status. Could phoneboy or somebody in Voxilla help me with the cancellation. Thanks.
