Default support after the sale

Hi,
I have tried 3 times to get a RMA for a Sipura SPA-841 from the online wizard, and nothing. I also tried to enter a ticket about not being able to get an RMA.

Is the RMA system broken? Or am I just out in the cold?

I haven't seen any requests for RMA come in thru the ticketing system. I've seen other tickets, so I know it's not completely broken. You can also try an email to support@voxilla.com with your device type, order #, serial #, mac address, and reason(s) for wanting an RMA.

I have entered the RMA request twice.

It never shows up. Further, I never get a RMA number.

So I think something's broken...

Can you point me at the page you were trying to enter the information into? I'll have a look, but I know we've got a couple of pages where you could enter stuff.

I got my SPA-841 successfully replaced on RMA. Thanks. This one has significantly better transmitted audio quality.
