You are more than welcome to use the "Submit News" feature under "Tools" in the Main Menu. However, we will not be publishing news that is taken entirely from other sources, unless we receive written permission (via email is fine) from the source to publish the story. Copywrite rules do not permit us to publish work that is owned by other publications or web sites without their explicit permission.
That does not mean you can't use material that has run in other web sites or publications in submitting news. Using a quote or story fragment from another source, with proper attribution, within a story you write is perfectly acceptable.
When you submit news for Voxilla, you are given the option of using a WYSIWYG editor. You can paste a story you write into this editor and format it as needed. If you are quoting another web site, use the handy hyperlink function in the editor so that our readers can click to read the entire story if they so choose.
One last thing: Regular contributors to VOXILLA will be credited as such, be given a voxilla.com email address for their work, and, at some future date, be compensated for their contributions.
