Default Sipura3000 functions as phone card service, help!!!

Dear friends,

I would like to let my customer to call in my PSTN number then switch to my voip gateway function like a phone card system, but the problem is that sipura3000 need to wait for a second dial tone, then can go my VOIP line. Is there anyway i can dial the called number only at one time together with my PSTN number and it can send out the called number to my VOIP gateway instead of waiting for the second dial tone then can dial the final destination number? Your any help will be greatly appreciated. Need you expert advice, many thanks.

There is no way for your the phone company your customer is using to "save up" the extra digits beyond your PSTN number and play them back only after connecting to your SPA-3000.

For anything as fancy as audio files you will need to move up to a VoIP PABX, like Asterisk. The SPA-3000, like all other ATAs, has only enough power and memory to process calls, but not enough for real decisionmaking.
