I need a very cheap DID in Mexico CIty?

I have my Sipura configured with a www.v2.com.mx account it has been an awesome service/price, they only charge $1 Mexican peso per month; unfortunately they are going out of business in January.

I am looking for a company that can give me an DID in Mexico City I don't make many outgoing calls so the incoming number is what I really care for now.

If anybody knows a company that provides a cheap local number in Mexico, please, please post it here! I know there are some out there like skype, callcentric, inphonex, voipvoip.com, broadvoice, but they are over $5 dollars per month. I'm looking for something cheaper.
