Dear All,

I am a new entrant to VoIP using PAP2 NA Linksys phone adaptor for a small time business reselling VoIP over an expensive VSAT link connection in the remote part of Kenya.

Interestingly, with the roaming agreements for different GSM services
, MTN of Uganda through our Safaricom subscribers can make calls freely to certain servers located in the US which then prompts for Card Number, then PIN and one makes a VoIP calls using the cheap VoIP rates.

Note that it originates from GSM, and should be ending up in a PSTN Asterisks then redirected to the recepients destination.
