Generally speaking, Voxilla takes a fairly hands-off approach to the forums. Postings generally only get deleted if they are duplicate messages. We will edit postings that contain referral links (e.g. where the link is encoded in such a way that a single person benefits from signups via that link). Messages might get moved to the right forum. Otherwise, we tend to leave things be.

We can certainly understand that some of the issues you might experience with VoIP are frustrating, regardless of the cause. We've seen the issues, we hear about them, we live them ourselves. There's nothing wrong with expressing that frustration here on the forums, except when that frustration is directed as a personal attack at a forum member.

Personal attacks of any sort simply won't be tolerated here on the Voxilla Forums.

Let's keep the discussion about the facts. Let's not make it personal.
