| | Device Configuration Wizards Voxilla maintains an extensive array of device configuration wizards that can be used to configure Grandstream, Leadtek, and Linksys/Sipura devices for use with over 30 different Internet telephony service providers. In addition, Voxilla also has a wizard that helps you modify call progress tones on Linksys/Sipura devices to match your country specifications. Get to all these tools from here: Voxilla - Device Config Wizard
If you are a service provider, support open device configurations, and would like to be included in this configuration wizard, or we are providing incorrect service configuration information, please fill out the form at: Voxilla Central
If you work with a device manufacturer and would like your device included in these configuration wizards, please contact us here: Voxilla Central
As always, your feedback is encouraged.

| | PhoneBoy the config for Israel isn't correct.
Ring back is 400@-12;*(1/3/1) .
Busy also 400@-12 the rest is ok.
The caller id is mostly bellcore (at least thats what my device is set to and works and the spa 3000 detects incoming caller id on the fxo).
I also set it that way and then compared it and the correct settings are as above. |

| | I've corrected the settings for Israel. I'm sure I got a lot of other settings wrong too, especially on the Caller ID side.

| | Phoneboy-
The updated SPA-3000 Wizard works like a champ. I love seeing the proposed settings before actually configuring the device. I successfully setup my second BroadVoice account on the second SPA I just received from Voxilla. The only thing I noticed was that I had to manually adjust the codecs (i.e. disable G726-16, G726-24, and G726-40).
I can't remember exactly why those specific changes worked (there were a couple of posts elsewhere in the Voxilla forum on the topic), but those changes allowed me to begin successfully dialing out on both of my BroadVoice accounts. Without the changes to the codecs, I receive a message from BroadVoice that I couldn't use the account.
If it helps to know, both SPA-3000s sit behind the firewall of my Netgear WGT624v2 router. - BroadVoice is my primary VSP;
The router is set up as DHCP;
I used the Voxilla config wizards;
Both SPA units are the SPA-3000 model;
I do not use a true POTS line.
Again, excellent work Phoneboy!

| | It has to do with that Broadvoice doesn't support those codecs and for some reason the spa instead of trying to negotiate the preferred codec trys a codec that is not allowed. |

| | Easy enough to make the wizard disable those codecs for BroadVoice, so I've made a change to the Wizard to support that.

| | Can you tell me which combination of settings you were using and which one ( SPA-3000 specific one or the general one)? Don't post personal login/password information obviously, but any help in figuring out where it's not working is appreciated. As far as I can tell, it works.

| | I've also had problems today. I tried to run the wizard for my SPA 3K. I wanted to use FWD for line one and another FWD account for VoIP-PSTN viz PSTN-VoIP. I had it setup for STUN. I left all the dial plan and ring through stuff as-is and specified some PINs.
The perl script gave me the summary, but when it came to applying it to the SPA, it fails. I think it tries to call /admin/asipura.spa or something and that gives a browser error message (can't remember whether it was not found or something else).
Hope that helps. It would be so helpful if that thing worked. Thanks so much in advance! |

| | When I add new parameters to the Wizard, I occasionally mess up the programming since Sipura uses obscure name/value pairs for each parameter. I had the numbers transposed for one of the paramters. It gives a "Method Not Allowed" when you mess up. I located the source of the error and fixed it.
