Canadian disappointed by Voxilla

Hello,
I'm a Voxilla customer since 2004 and recently I was looking to buy the Bluetooth module for my Dock'n'talk .
I had 2 surprises :
- no Voxilla.ca anymore ;
- no BT module on Voxilla.com
I finally ordered it from a company in Florida, as they offered USPS shipping (which doesn't spoil us, canadians, big money for "custom charges", like UPS does).

I would like to know if there is any particular strategy for canadian customers, or maybe I should remove Voxilla from my Bookmarks...
