I ordered ATA TWO WEEKS!!! ago (order #71208). I cannot reach you either by phone or by e-mail to get the status of my order. What is the problem to state that you don’t have that thing in stock or to say is on backorder. I guess you guys don’t care about your business.
You should not have sales in your company if you cannot handle simple orders. This is definitely my worst case of Internet buying. I am going to post again to warn future buyers.

I'm having the same problem as you. Placed an order for an ATA on December 2, and on December 3 I received an e-mail that my order was being prepared to ship. My credit card was charged on the 3rd, then everything came to a halt. On-line status of my order is still "Preparing to Ship." No one responds to my e-mails. Calls to the Voxilla Store go to voicemail even during regular business hours. I've purchased a couple ATAs from Voxilla in the past, and did not have any problems, so this comes as a complete surprise to me.

After I saw your posting and discovered that I'm not the only one experiencing this problem I decided to call my credit card company. They will investigate, and if they can't resolve this matter with the merchant they will be issuing a credit to my account within a couple days.

Perhaps someone else who has direct contact with the Voxilla Store can shed some light on what happened...

I placed an order on Dec 5, and (after seeing only "Processing" for the order status) sent an email to the sales address on Dec 11. No response. Then I tried the phone on Friday and got no response.

So today I tried another phone message and another email. Maybe this time you'll respond?

How about explaining what "restructuring" means. Has Voxilla been sold, is it bankrupt, did everyone get fired, why would you continue to accept orders during "restructuring"? Please provide a date when we "will be satisfied with the new performance"

My order (71185) was placed on 23 November and is still pending, why does a December order ship first? I have also sent email and phone calls with no response. Not real good for customer satisfaction. Common courtesy to the customers would suggest that while you may have problems, an explanation of what is going on is recommended.

If this is not the same company we have worked with over the years, we need to know that! Something is not right.

Adanis and All Voxilla Customers,

Voxilla has not been sold, gone bankrupt, or folded. Yes, we have had some personnel changes but the core Voxilla Staff is still on board. We can only apologize for the lack of communication and show that we are working on it diligently. The reason for December orders shipping first is that we need to confirm that the older orders are still wanted. We are contacting those customers and either cancelling the order, refunding the transaction or SHIPPING IT OUT ASAP.

Again, we apologize for the inconvenience but we are truly motivated to get our Customer Service level up!!!!!

Has Voxilla gone bankrupt or closed down?

I paid on April 14th (over 3 weeks ago) and have not recieved my sipura yet. It previously took less than a week.

Nobody has returned my email.

The 1 88 VOXILLA 8 number appears to be disconnected.

The other phone number is never answered and voicemails are not received.

If there is some reason for the delay I can wait as long as I get some response, but if not I will need to try to get my money back since it appears that Voxilla has closed!

I ordered two (2) Linksys PAP2T-NA (Unlocked) on 1/23/08. I was charged for both,but only one was sent. I contacted Raul (2/18) and was told another one would be shipped out immediately. I have since called about five times and always got an answering machine even when I tried to get the operator! No one ever returned my calls. I e-mailed and never got another response. It has been almost four months since I placed my order. What do you need to do, complain to the FBI to find out what happened to "The worlds leading source for news, information and gear for VOIP"? I would like to see a real responce to this message.

I am having the same problems. I placed an order on May 1st and I am still awaiting for the order to be processed. I have call the phone number several times only to be told to call back letter. I tried e-mailing the sales e-mail address with no reply. My order id is #71827. I believe that they have not charged my card, but voxilla can charge my card anytime. I either want to my order fulfilled or a confirmation that the order has been cancelled and that my card will not be charged so that I can purchase the hardware from another site --- there are many sites offering the SPA 3102 (Unlocked) for free. PLEASE RESPOND.

I hope more peope can read this before buying any product. I have no idea how Voxilla tends to come back from this. Please either fulfill my order or cancel it - what ever you choose - DO IT NOW.
