I'm also having a bad exerience with Voxilla store. I ordered a couple of phone over a month ago and was promptly charged, but the status has been "Preparing to ship" since a couple days after ordering. What's going on? I've called and emailed and haven't gotten a single response. I need a status update.
I suspect that they are no longer in business or are very close to it otherwise they would reply in some way to their customers. I am willing to wait longer for my order if I get any kind of reply from a human. I just opened a claim with paypal to try to get my money back. You may want to consider doing the same or contacted your credit card company...
At this point we are not out of business but have had to make changes to the ordering process based on a shortage of resources. I would also like to make it clear that when you order, your payment is only authorized and not withdrawn until the order has shipped. We are not trying to be unfair just trying to process orders as quickly as possible. We are currently cancelling and crediting back any pending international orders. If your order is domestic then please send an email so we can resolve the issue.
Voxilla did withdraw the full amount from my credit card on April 14, but Voxilla just refunded me the money. So, now that is settled, but unfortunately now I need to find another place to buy a sipura from
