Thumbs down Another bad experience with Voxilla Store. No communication from Customer Support.

Hello,

I placed my first (and possibly last) order with Voxilla on March 5th. On March 7th I recieved an email from Voxilla informing me that my order was "Preparing to Ship" and that "we will soon send you another e-mail letting you know your product has shipped." So, I waited.

I waited until March 18th and then used the online form to inquire as to why my order had not shipped yet. I received a response from Raul on the same day informing me that "we just received the item in our warehouse and it will be shipped tomorrow." So, I waited.

On March 25th I responded to Raul's email directly asking for an update on my order. I received no response after waiting 48 hours. I thought maybe Raul was out sick or on vacation or something, so I used the online inquiry form again on the morning of March 27th. I have not received any response at this time approximately 5 days later.

At no time was I ever contacted and informed that the product I ordered was out of stock. I am not pleased with my experienced with Voxilla so far.

My order number is 71664.

I posting this to give an update on my order problems with Voxilla.

After originally posting to this forum, I waited 24 hours thinking maybe someone would read it here who could help. I didn't receive any response.

On the morning (before 8AM Pacific) of 4/2 I emailed marcelo@voxilla.com and carolyn@voxilla.com. I was hoping they could prompt someone inside the company to respond to my problems. So far, I have received no response from them.

This morning at 9:30AM PDT I called the Voxilla office and tried to reach the sales team. I was connected directly to voicemail and did not receive a callback or email back today.

I am starting to think that something is seriously wrong at Voxilla. It is very rare for me to EVER have an experience this bad when buying something online.

I am continuing to leave messages on Voxilla's voicemail and via email. No response. Today I called Voxilla's offices and tried every department listed on the automated attendant--none of them went to a human. They all went to voicemail. All I can say is BEWARE about purchasing from these people. If I don't hear from them in 24 hours I'm going to have to take this up with my credit card company. I do a _lot_ of online purchasing and after almost a decade of online purchases this is the WORST experience I've ever had. For the record, no one is answering at Voxilla's:

- Operator extension
- Sales extension
- Technical support extension
- Editorial/admin extension
- Advertising extension

Hello Joel,

We have had problems with shipping recently and especially our International Shipping. We are able to ship this week or i can refund your account. Which would you prefer.

Please respond to sales@voxilla.com and we will respond.

A new update:

Following Raulsf's reply here I was able to tell him that yes I did still want my order. His response was that it would be shipped by Wednesday.

As of this time, I have not received any notification that my order has shipped or any update from Raulsf as to the status of my order. I sent Raulsf a message on this board Friday morning asking for an update.

It has now been 33 days since I placed my order.

Joel, We will refund your money by tomorrow. We are still having problems sending our international orders thru customs.

Please understand that we are trying to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Another update:

As of today I have NOT gotten my refund for my order. I just checked my Amex account again and no sign of my money back from Voxilla.

I found another supplier and my SPA-3102 arrived Monday. They had no problems shipping to me.

Voxilla: When are you going to give me my money back? You promised here in public that it would happen on the 12th. As of now, it STILL has not happened.

I hope to hear from you soon.

Can u you tell me from which supplier did u by your 3102, I am also planning to buy 3102 but I am I am afraid to go to voxlla.

I called and emailed on the 21st. Still haven't heard back from them...is this normal?
