For any ATA, IP Phone, and headset now sold through the Voxilla Store, it is now possible to purchase the device with an Extended Guarantee. This means that, for a nominal fee, we will replace your device for up to three years (depending on level purchased) with no questions asked. Simply fill out a simple form, return the device, and we will ship you a working device within one business day.
At the moment it is only available in the US store, but I presume it will also be available in Canada shortly.
