 Why Flash? Original Blog Post... The subject of this post is a frequently asked question about the CommuniGate Pro Pronto! product. There are several good technical and user experience reasons that explain why Adobe's Flash 9 is a major part of the Pronto! user interface. Those details aside, adoption of Flash as a platform for interactive clients is important. Emmy Huang, the Product Manager for Adobe Flash Player has published the results of a September study which shows respectable end user adoption numbers for Flash Player 9. Flash Player 9 @ 93.3% in September penetration study It is no secret that XIMSS and Flash compliment each other well.
