Mediaring Talk- Adopter/Phone

Dear Members,

am new to the forum, I would like to know which VOIP adopter should be used in Mediaring Talk to connect my normal PSTN telephone, so that my mom can easily use it when a call is put through, am using a head set , is ok with me, but mom is old an find it difficult.
