Communigate SIP Guide for Dummies?

I hope someone can help. I looked around and it seems I am going to need for dummies from of the tutorial. I am at a lost. I am comfortable with Trixbox and it seems self explanatory but I am at a lost with Communigate and probably I am not thinking in context.

I have Gizmo5 account with call in and call out to anywhere
I have viatalk account and can call and receive from anywhere.
I have configured PAP2, Grandstream boxes and phone with gizmo and viatalk.
I have also use gizmo and viatalk with Trixbox.

I am trying to learn how to setup Gizmo and Viatalk with Communigate. The interface is just not obvious to me. I have no PSTN line. I am 100% VOIP for at least 4 yrs now.

I want to be able to received call and call out using Gizmo5 and Viatalk using Communigate. Any tutorial or pointers to get this going is appreciated.

My machine is behind a NAT. PAP2boxes, grandstream box/phone and softphone will be calling communigate pro from the same NAT for now.
