Default CG Pro 4.1.8 and passwords

I am helping a friend with some networking issues. He asked if I could help with a CG Pro issue as he inherited the mail server and has decided to outsourced his email.

As part of this process, he would like to get a list of existing usernames and passwords to migrate. It appears that he cannot access the plain text passwords of his existing mailboxes.

Is there a way with CG Pro 4.1.8 to get access to the plain text passwords of his mailboxes?

Thanks, Jimmy
